At the invitation of Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) Research Fellow Tian Huifang travels to Japan to attend ADBI seminar on "Asian low-carbon green growth policy and practice", where opinions are exchanged over issues of low-carbon development policies and experiences in Asian countries, engaging in carbon emission reduction at various levels, and effective promotion of international cooperation.
