Global Governance Division of IWEP and the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) of Canada jointly host International Seminar "Debt Restructuring and Global Economic Governance" at IWEP. Head of International Finance Division and Senior Fellow Gao Haihong presides over the seminar. Participants include Senior Fellow Brett House and two colleagues from CIGI, Senior Fellow Yu Yongding, and Director of Financial Research Institute of People's Bank of China and Senor Fellow Jin Zhongxia.
