Head of World Energy Division and Senior Fellow Xu Xiaojie meets with Tan Wooi Yee, participant of "2014 Young Sinologists Workshop" from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman of Malaysia. Xu talks with him about the main theme of World Energy China Outlook 2013-2014. Tan Wooi Yee in turn talks about energy cooperation policy of Malaysia and South-East Asia energy security situation.
