2015 CICA Non-governmental Forum opens at Beijing International Hotel. Director and Senor Fellow Zhang Yuyan, Head of World Energy Division and Senior Fellow Xu Xiaojie and other researchers of IWEP attend the opening ceremony. The 3rd session “Construct Asian Energy Security Framework: from Consensus to Action”, sponsored by IWEP, is held in the afternoon.
