International Think Tank Forum of 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road (2019) held in Guangzhou

On November 9, 2019, International Think Tank Forum of 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road (2019) was held in Guangzhou. The theme of this year's forum was "High-Quality Development of 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road". IWEP Director and Senior Fellow Zhang Yuyan delivered a speech at the Forum.
