Zhang Ming at invitation participates in international seminar in New Zealand

Research Fellow Zhang Ming, at the invitation of the Contemporary China Research Centre of Victoria University of New Zealand, participates in international seminar "China's Globalization: Political Economy of China Going Global" held in Wellington, where Zhang delivers a speech "How China is to become a normal overseas creditor".
